   • School Licence: Share access across devices and classrooms within one school site.

4. Incorporate in Lesson Plans (Without Redistribution):
   Embed or link to the official YouTube video in lesson plans or digital classrooms.

5. Display in Group Settings:
   Play the videos in lessons, workshops, or therapy sessions as part of your work with students or clients.

6. Back Up (For Personal Use Only):
   Create one backup copy for personal use, provided it is not shared, sold, or redistributed.

7. Contact for Extended Use:

You may not:

   Copy or distribute the video files (or any part of them) publicly or privately, including via email, social media, websites, or streaming service, except where explicitly allowed. 

   Attribution Requirement:
   If used in presentations or linked online, users must give credit to Vizzy Timers.

2. Sell or Resell:
   Sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the videos or any derivative works, whether as standalone products or bundled with other materials.

3. Edit or Modify:
   Alter, remix, trim, or edit the videos in any way, including adding overlays, removing logos, changing music, or combining with other media.

4. Remove or Alter Attribution:
   Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or credits.

5. Use in Product Creation:
   Use the videos to create new educational materials, apps, courses, or products for sale, distribution, or promotion.

6. Use Beyond the Licence Scope:
   Use the content beyond the scope of your purchased licence — for example:

   • An individual licence may not be shared with other teachers, therapists, or classrooms.

   • A school licence may not be shared with other schools, organizations, or districts.

7. Claim Ownership:
   Claim authorship, ownership, or intellectual property rights to the videos, visuals, or any related materials.

8. AI or Machine Learning Use:
